The Great 8 Virtues:
The Great 8 Virtues are Humility, Empathy, Attentiveness, Accountability, Acceptance, Integrity, Peacemaking, and Courage.
These virtues, derived from the “Beatitudes” in Matthew 5 in the Bible, act as guardrails to counteract the corresponding vices (e.g., Egotism, Busyness, Distraction) that lead to Founder’s Syndrome.

Quantifying The 3 Wins helps relieve stress by providing clarity on whether targets are being met and what adjustments need to be made.

Applying the virtues and The 3 Wins principles helps founders become the best version of themselves, delegating effectively, and focusing on their true passions and strengths.
